rarely do I shop at Forever21 because when I do I always end up running into someone wearing the exact same garment as me!! Whether it is a friend, co-worker, or a stranger...wearing the same thing at the same time is and will always be a fashion nono. BUT this dress made me push aside my opinions because of the glamour factor and especially the price factor!! ($27.90!!!!!) Florence Welch eat your heart out !
